THUS IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE MANAGER WHO IS ON DUTY ON AUG 19, 2016, 12:45PM AT THE MARKETMALL BRANCH SHAGANNAPI NW CALGARY AB. THIS MANAGER IS RUDE AND NOT TREATED HER CUSTOMER RIGHT. I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF NINE WEST BUT IF THERE IS THIS KIND OF STAFF IN YOUR STORE I MUGHT AS WELL STOP PATRONIZING YOU.

I have been a Nine West shopper for years, and havd never experienced such a poor display of customer service. I wad shopping in the Nine West Flemington store and came into contact with a very flustered and upset employee named Sam. On vacation in Destin, Fl. Decided to shop at your Nine West outlet, at least I thought. Stayed in your store at least 30 min. Browsing & trying on shoes. The entire time I am listening & watching this older white female mng. Greet all of the customers of her hue. She never once acknowledged my black face. Good morning, Month ago I bought a purse for $115 plus tax in Promenade mall Nine West store. Yesterday we drop-in in mall and the same purse was $49 - it is more than 60% drop in price if you count after tax! Can you please do something about it, it was a huge disappointment for me like a customer, not able not only return but even do a price adjustment. i purchased shoes 2 month ago ( sandal) put i couldn't used it because there is no summer and then when i used for couple hours ,it heart my baby toes ,so i went to the store to exchange it or return it and then i get shocked that she couldn't help me because your policy said you can only return or exchange with 2 week ,sorry this the wrest policy ever i saw because i bought the shoes for regular price and i didn't have the chance to wear it... I ordered shoes during their online promotion. Because they stated there would be a delay in shipping I waited a week. After the week I emailed them to ask about my order. Only after this email did I receive an email the next day saying my order was out of stock and cancelled. Why wouldn't this have occurred when the order was confirmed. Don't bother ordering anything from the online store there's less that a 50% chance you'll get it so you'll just be disappointed. I'm glad I got my money back but had to wait a month before finding out whether or not I would. Apparently they had an inventory error but a 15% discount on my next online purchase (like there's actually going to be another one) isn't enough to make up for it considering I had plans on gifting the purchases. I have never in my life had such a vile experience as I did this evening around 8pm at the outlet store in Bergen Towne Centre. I was trying to exchange pumps I bought 3 weeks ago and the manager Priscilla was rude and disrespectful beyond belief. I have worked in retail for decades and never encountered that. I will be calling a contact at corporate to have her dealt with.

So I ordered some shoes from Nine West online and immediately after placing the order I realized that my shipping address was wrong because even though I entered the correct address, it defaulted to my billing address when I updated the shipping. I emailed them and called them the next morning.
