What's going on with you, Nine West!!!
Why is Nine West still allowing customers to place orders if the company/website is not capable of handling them? Why did I have to find out that other customers have experienced what I recently experienced with placing an order?
I, too placed an order on 12/5/18 and didn't receive an order # and a hold for the purchase price is on my checking account. I tried to check into this matter via contact with customer service and received that automated message that there are technical difficulties & to try my call later. This is unacceptable customer service for a company of Nine West's reputation for quality products.
I'm absolutely appalled and very disgusted with the way the company is handling their internal issues at the expenses of their customers. Shame on You Nine West!!!!!

Worst EVER!
No response from customer service
I purchased a pair of sandals and the delivery was 3- 5 days.
11 days later shoes have not yet been delivered.
I have sent several emails to cancel the order to footwearservicecenter@***.com with no response.
I have also tried to call the 1-87*-******* which is "continuously experiencing technical difficulties" and 1-88*-327* 772 a number where you are placed on hold for hours.
It is incredible that a company present internationally can allow itself to have such poor customer service.
I will never buy Nine West shoes again.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?
I ordered shoes November 25th and to date I have not received shipping information. I have periodically tracked the order using the confirmation number provided, but it still reads "items are being picked".
I finally got through to a customer service rep and she informed me that the items were waiting to be picked up by delivery. That was over a week ago......

The worst service ever!!!!
I ordered shoes on Oct 6 and today is Oct 20th. I called three times and was never allowed to speak with a supervisor.
I was told I would receive call backs that never took place. I was told they had a new ordering system and my order was stuck in their old system and it would be a few more days before they could cancel the order and refund me my money. So I am still without my shoes and money.
I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. Poor poor poor customer service

In this day and age of technology this has been the worst experience I have ever had ordering online. NINE WEST IS HORRIBLE.
25 mins on hold each time you call. Or you get the "experiencing technical difficulties" message. It should not take 10 days for an item to be shipped, not to mention the additional days to receive it after it is shipped.
NEVER EVER NEVER EVER will I order from them again. I pray I get me shoes by Monday if not I'm cancelling the order and refusing the charges!!!
