Terrible service

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on Nov 27th. My card was charged and I received an email saying my shoes had shipped on Dec 1 and the 2nd pair on Dec 3rd. I then received another email with a tracking number that said the shoes would be delivered o the 5th and 6th... I get home today and no shoes have been delivered. I tracked the packages and the date has been changed to the 12th. I don't think the shoes are coming since I just found out Nine West filed for bankruptcy. I going to see if my bank will reverse all the charges. I'm still getting the sales emails every day... NEVER AGAIN!!!

In this day and age of technology this has been the worst experience I have ever had ordering online. NINE WEST IS HORRIBLE.

25 mins on hold each time you call. Or you get the "experiencing technical difficulties" message. It should not take 10 days for an item to be shipped, not to mention the additional days to receive it after it is shipped.

NEVER EVER NEVER EVER will I order from them again. I pray I get me shoes by Monday if not I'm cancelling the order and refusing the charges!!!

What's going on with you, Nine West!!!

Why is Nine West still allowing customers to place orders if the company/website is not capable of handling them? Why did I have to find out that other customers have experienced what I recently experienced with placing an order?

I, too placed an order on 12/5/18 and didn't receive an order # and a hold for the purchase price is on my checking account. I tried to check into this matter via contact with customer service and received that automated message that there are technical difficulties & to try my call later. This is unacceptable customer service for a company of Nine West's reputation for quality products.

I'm absolutely appalled and very disgusted with the way the company is handling their internal issues at the expenses of their customers. Shame on You Nine West!!!!!

Nine West Customer service is a joke. I ordered boots that were too tight.

I cant get a customer service rep to answer my call because their experiencing “technical difficulties” or call me back. The email address they provide on their website is a “do not reply” email. So i have no prepaid shipping label to retun the boots, therefore, I must pay to ship then pay their $6.95 restocking fee. Now i find out they’ve claimed bankrupcy.

No wonder.

That's me too on the bankruptcy and a group under the name of ABG picked them up. I'm confused on why they are still operating under Nine West website when nothing is working as it should. This is crazy.

Horrible return service

I bought 4 pairs of heels back in late aug & sept. Return them via mail and since sept I still have no received a refund. I have since called multiple times and emailed as well. The excuses they have given me each time were the pretty much the same excuses. “My package is on the way, package is at the old warehouse and is on the way, package will be here next week.” They have submitted 2 tickets to “escalate” it but nothing has been resolved. They’ve told me twice that someone will call me back but never have. What really frustrates me is that they still have their website up and running but when you google them it looks like they are filing for bankruptcy. I know they need to make money somehow but it’s messed up to screw over so many people like this. If you are thinking of buying anything. I would advise not to do so unless u want to risk your package not arriving or not getting your money back if it doesn’t fit.

Worst EVER!

I waited over a month for my shoes and only 1 of the 3 pair I ordered were correct when I finally received them. Tried customer service via phone and email. They charge a return fee so I have filed a dispute with my bank and are letting them deal with Nine West. Absolutely awful.

No response from customer service

I purchased a pair of sandals and the delivery was 3- 5 days.

11 days later shoes have not yet been delivered.

I have sent several emails to cancel the order to footwearservicecenter@***.com with no response.

I have also tried to call the 1-87*-******* which is "continuously experiencing technical difficulties" and 1-88*-327* 772 a number where you are placed on hold for hours.

It is incredible that a company present internationally can allow itself to have such poor customer service.

I will never buy Nine West shoes again.

GHOST COMPANY?!

I submitted a purchase online and paid through paypal on 12/6. It stated I would be able to update my shipping address and confirm purchase once paypal was completed. It brought me back to the site but auto completed my order without option to update shipping address. so where its going is completely unsecured and if this mystery package arrives i will never know! I tried calling the two #s listed right away for the past 3 days and kept getting a “we are experiencing technical difficulties” all day. I submitted a ticket to them online as soon as it happened as well... over 24 hours later no response. I submitted another ticket the following day and finally got through on the phone… was on hold 40 minutes, finally got through and explained situation – the rep put me on hold another 20 minutes came back on, said “hello mam” twice and hung up on me and I have been unable to get through since. Typically paypal orders do not get deducted until they ship- they already charged me and its in "pick" status! Further looking into, ninwest is only operating virtually after bankruptcy apparently and seems to have a staff of ZERO. How am I not able to reach anyone for 2 days!? this is the worst online experience ive ever had!!

I ordered shoe on 11/23, they sent an email on 12/04 stating they were shipped but the tracking number givens shows the UPS still has yet to receive the shipment. from nine West.

Horrible company. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?

I ordered shoes November 25th and to date I have not received shipping information. I have periodically tracked the order using the confirmation number provided, but it still reads "items are being picked".

I finally got through to a customer service rep and she informed me that the items were waiting to be picked up by delivery. That was over a week ago......

Same here. Ordered shoes on 11 25 18 status being picked.

Spoke to customer service in 12 3 18 I was told shipping backlogged will definitely ship this week. Just status order being picked.tried calling message says technical difficulties call back later.

I don't know what to do. I will call my bank to see if I cancel the charge.

I placed my order on 11/30 and the payment was in pending status in my checking account (I used my debit card). I got a confirmation of the order but thought it was strange there was no tax.

Then I noticed today the pending charge did not go through nor is it still pending. I called my bank and they said Nine West did not “pick up the funds” after three days so it cancelled. I cannot get hold of Nine West.

This is the first time I have ever had an issue with them. I did put in a support ticket but not feeling hopeful there will be a response.

I tried reordering my original order and still nothing. My first charge was reversed on my credit card but I have no confirmation email for either order placed.

I ordered shoes 11/30 as well and didn’t get an order confirmation. I sent an email, no response, I have sent them a tweet, no response.

Something is smelling fishy! I have tried calling, all of their numbers are down. I’m going to stop payment in next couple days.

I’m worried. I hope I get the shoes they are very pretty.

Same thing happened to me! I placed an order on 11/23 originally charged and then the charge was reversed, no confirmation order. I tried replacing the order on 11/27, no confirmation order, I have been charged and cannot get a response via email or phone!

I made an order on November 25, 2018 for two pairs of shoes. I have not received an order number nor a confirmation number. I have tried calling the two numbers listed for the company and it rings and then the busy signal comes on.....this is so frustrating! Nine West needs to provide an update, so disappointing.

I am in the exact situation. I placed three separate orders two days ago.

Got the confirmation at the end of each order (so I have the confirmations numbers), but to date, never received follow up emails. I have been trying to call their customer service using two numbers since Wednesday to no avail. I keep getting either a busy signal or no connection.

This is completely unacceptable from a well established company and I am so surprised. Please provide any updates that you experience.

I ordered shoes on Oct 6 and today is Oct 20th. I called three times and was never allowed to speak with a supervisor.

I was told I would receive call backs that never took place. I was told they had a new ordering system and my order was stuck in their old system and it would be a few more days before they could cancel the order and refund me my money. So I am still without my shoes and money.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. Poor poor poor customer service

Never heard of 'em. How can you buy shoes sight unseen ?

The number one thing I recall about buying shoes was ' The Brannock Device' to measure feet. Number two is walking around in several different pairs to find the right fit.

Neither of those things jive with online or mail ordering. Now I'm old enough and have enough shoes that I'll never need to buy any more ...

I bought shoes online and they r too small for some reason so I sent them back and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by calling customer service line I’ve been on hold for .5 hour twice I want my money back :(

Waiting and waiting

Order confirmed 12/6 with 3-5 days. Today is 12/14. Customer care is non existence. By this wait time my purchase will be on clearance and that's not cool. Nine west please step it up. I want my purhase, you got my money.
