I bought a pair of sandals and later on that year I had surgery on my knee. Well I don't have to tell you I can't seem to wear heals anymore.

I called the Nine West store in the Galleria Mall (In Saint Louis Missouri) to see if they would allow me to exchange the shoes for another pair. I was told, "NO" it's been over thirty days and I can't exchange nor can I get my money back. I asked to speak with the manager, oh she was so happy to tell me that she was indeed the manager, and wanted so badly to give me a 1800- number. After speaking with the next non-caring human and was informed that the stores don't have sandals(go on line and look at..of course the lying SOB's have sandals on sale) Oh but we can send you a 20% coupon for your next purchase!

REALLY? I don't think so. I will not be using Nine West and I will let everyone know what a crock of *** they are.

I just hope that this is one of the stores that goes next in the Galleria Mall.

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri

Clearly this is not ninewest's fault. Their policy is good for 30 days only and you passed that 30 days period.

Policy is policy. Sadly, costumer is not always right.

Stores have return policies, most of which are 30 days. You can't buy shoes and try to return it months later because all of a sudden you are physically not able to wear them.

That is not a valid reason and this is clearly not the store's fault. I don't understand how you would think this is a valid reason to return something. You can't do this at any store. It just doesn't make sense and I would be embarrassed even trying to ask for it.

It's too bad you hurt your knee. If you are returning your sandals because you hurt your knee, you should also return all of your other used heels, move into a home with no stairs, and get an electric chair lift to get out of your vehicle.

Your reason for trying to return your sandals sounds just as absurd as these suggestions. I'm sorry if these comments are harsh but your complaint is absolutely ridiculous and you probably ruined a few people's days who are just trying to do their job at Nine West.

You sound so spoiled, and lack understanding of reality.

Let me see if I understand this clearly. You either want to return shoes you've worn because you can't wear them anymore, (which is in NO way the store's fault) or you want to return shoes outside their return policy and they are a crock of ****?!?

YOU are ridiculously whiny and entitled. I would suggest you grow the *** :roll :roll

So, what year did this happen. I don't know of any store that lets people return merchandise that have been out of the store for a certain period of time.

You are acting like a spoiled brat over this. It is your problem, and the way your complaint started out it sounds like you bought the shoes in a different year.

How would they know that you hadn't worn them.
