Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I never wanted a “store credit” and finally received a refund from the account where the money had been withdrawn.
They were too wide and long for my foot. I promptly went online to get the necessary document to return. I then took it to a designated place to mail back. Then I received notification that it has been accepted for return.
Then I receive another email saying a store credit was issued to me. There was no mention when I purchased the boots that would only receive a store credit.
I called customer service and explained that I want a credit to my bank account, from which they received payment. So additionally, please follow through to make sure this issue has been corrected for me.

I am not a pissed off customer, I simply want the item that I selected. I have tried desperately, to get the “Dipa”, Natural shoes. The Natural color was not sent to me. It was light pink!
All I want is Dipa kitten heels in Natural. I have them in cream and black.
Theyre perfect! If you dont have the Natural, then dont advertise them. Light Pink isnt even offered on the site! The problem is probably at the warehouse.
But, there is no way you can contact them. And, the associates claim that they cant contact them either. One salesperson was very helpful, but still did not solve the problem. I have always loved 9 West.
However, this has been exhausting! And the fact that you are directed to Customer Service, which is simply another insult, because then youre supposed to pay for the service.
If you can get me a pair of size 10, Dipa kitten heels, in Natural; my belief, in 9 West, will be restored. Thank you, in advance, for making me a satisfied, and comfortable customer.

WRONG COLOR FOR THE THIRD TIME.
I HAD TO RETURN THE SAME SNEAKERS FOR THE THIRD TIME.I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE THIRD TIME AND VOICED MY COMPLAINT. HERE IT IS.
I ORDERED KOLAND SNEAKERS IN NAVY/BLK 9 AND RECEIVED PINK. EACH TIME. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL RECEIVED THE COLOR PINK. ON THE STATEMENT OR ORDER SHEET, IT SAYS NAVY/BLK AND THE SNEAKERS COME TO ME IN PINK.
THERE MUST BE A PROBLEM IN SHIPPING DEPT. WHERE THE SNEAKERS ARE LOCATED. CAN THE DEPT. OPEN THE BOX AND CHECK THE COLOR OF THE SHOE WITH THE ORDER FORM BEFORE MAILING.
OR MAYBE THE PROCEDURE YOU HAVE IS NOT WORKING. IT IS CAUSING INCONVIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO A DISTANCE TO THE POST OFFICE. SO TIRED OF THE SAME SAME PROBLEM.

Good day,
I logged into your Ninewest site which takes me to Ninewest Latam I am in Jamaica but my shipping is in USA. Most things on that website is in Spanish even when I select English.
What is the issue? You do not wish me to shop on your site? I have been shopping Ninewest for many years. I was asked to register again though i was registered before and been receiving my email notifications (in English) which I did and my default country is Panama and I cannot change it as there are no other options there for other countries.
What is really going on Ninewest?
If you don' wish me to shop on your site well just say so. This is very disrespectful!
