I ordered a pump in brown but was sent a black one. It was already two weeks late, and I had purchased and received clothes to wear with the brown shoes.
Nine West insists that despite their mistake, I must 1) send back the wrong shoe, 2) wait until they process the receipt of the incorrect shoe, and 3) wait until they decide to send me another shoe, possibly also not correct. Despite my objections, the supervisor told me to "please do" post this on social media.
Buyer beware: If they send you the wrong color, size, or style--they will put their mistakes on the customer and are quite rude. Highly unprofessional business.
